Yes you must be 18+ years old to take classes.
Q “Can I choose between kickboxing and TFW classes with the purchase of a trial?”
Yes, we recommend using our secret formula of 1 TFW strength, 1 TFW metabolic and mix in 1 or 2 kickboxing classes.
Q: “How many people are generally in a group class?”
Normally around 15-30, with more instructors added as class size grows.
Q: “Are there other beginners like me?”
Yes! Our classes cater to people of all experience levels, and in every class there are people all over the spectrum.
Q: “Do you offer any kind of help / guidance with nutrition and eating?”
We’ve researched deeply into nutrition to give all of our members powerful guidance – without making them start impossible-to-stick-to diets or anything of the sort.

Yes, kickboxing provides you with a total body workout designed to burn calories and tone muscles. Taking TFW classes in conjunction will enhance and improve these results.

Nope! The whole point of our classes is to help you get IN shape! You can be at any level of fitness when you start out. You’ll get in tip-top shape before you know it.
